A modern forward-thinking law firm are looking for Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their team based in Blackpool. My client delivers a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The Conveyancing Legal Assistant role will involve assisting Residential Conveyancers on their caseloads at various stages of the files, with caseloads consisting of Sales & Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity to name a few.
The Conveyancing Legal Assistant must have at least 1 - 2 years Conveyancing experience and knowledge of the Conveyancing process is a must. The duties will include opening files, client engagement and drafting, completing and keeping client care packs up to date.
Salary is dependent on previous Conveyancing experience but competitive.
