Residential Conveyancer

A modern forward-thinking law firm are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join their team based in Blackpool. My client delivers a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

This Residential Conveyancer role will involve running their own caseload from instruction to completion dealing with all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity (of both registered and unregistered property and both freehold and leasehold estates) from instruction through to completion and registration.

The successful Conveyancer must have ideally at least 2+ years' experience in managing a full caseload of domestic Conveyancing transactions with Case management experience deemed essential. Being a qualified Residential Conveyancer would also desirable but not essential.

Salary is dependant on previous fee earning experience but competitive and with Bonus based on Billings.
