Our client are an entrepreneurial and very well regarded top 60 firm who are ambitiously developing their London office. The firm are very well respected in the market for Dispute Resolution and are keen to further develop their offering with the hire of a Partner in this team.
The firm offer a dynamic and entrepreneurial platform for the right individual to develop a practice with the resources of a national full service firm.
The Role
Working directly alongside the Head of Litigation, the successful candidate will work alongside a reputable team on quality litigation work.
You will be tasked with further developing their offering through a network of contacts and leveraging from the existing clients at the firm.
The requirements
The successful candidate will be an experience Senior Associate keen to make the step up to Partnership or an existing Partner seeking a fresh challenge.
They are particularly interested in strong business development skills and a commercial approach.
Above market rate salaries are on offer with generous bonus structures of up to 25%
