Corporate Commercial Solicitor, NQ-5 years' PQE, Shropshire – A highly regarded practice with international reach are seeking a diligent Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.

OVERVIEW:
• The ideal candidate will display confidence when communicating with clients as well as handling their own caseload effectively. You can expect to handle a wide variety of Corporate Commercial transactions to include but not limited to: private M&A transactions, shareholder agreements, reorganisations, asset sales, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes.
