This Top 200 practice are looking for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their market leading team. You will work in a strong team; they have 10 Partners and a number of Senior Associates / Associates. They are busy and deal with good quality work.

They are now looking for a Partner who can support the well-established team. They are ranked highly in the Legal 500.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their City of London office.

The Commercial Litigation department houses an excellent calibre of Lawyer. You will find a real variety to work, making for a much more interesting role.

The caseload will be broad dealing with both claimant and defendant work; it will include; contractual disputes, fraud and misrepresentation actions, regulatory and internal investigations, shareholder actions and company disputes, partnership disputes, freezing injunctions, search orders, IT and telecom disputes, trust and tracing claims.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Partner with at least 8 years PQE
• Ability to oversee junior members of the team is essential
• You should have first-class communication skills
