A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Costs Draftsman to join a Manchester City Centre based legal costs firm. You will be required to have costs experience from Clinical Negligence and/or Commercial Litigation. The firm offers a competitive salary and a friendly working environment.
Experience of advocacy would be beneficial but not essential.
You will be required to have experience of drafting budgets and attending CCMC, drafting bills in commercial litigation, including complex financial disputes, drafting Points of Dispute, drafting Replies and attending detailed assessments.
