Commercial Solicitor – Birmingham – 5yrs+ PQE
Our client is a leading regional law firm and is regularly ranked highly by the Legal 500 and Chambers. A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their high regarded commercial department.
The team covers the full remit of commercial law and you will be working autonomously albeit within a very collaborative team. The work will involve drafting a wide range of contracts, from terms and conditions of trade to joint venture agreements. You will be working on IT contracts, e-commerce and distribution agreements as well as advising on intellectual property rights and data protection. Some Corporate experience would be a bonus.
