Due to ongoing, consistent success, the firm are now looking to make a key strategic hire into their Residential Property team - for this reason they are seeking entrepreneurial and experienced Lawyer to join their highly regarded team.

For the right person, this position will develop to Equity working alongside one of the most established senior management teams in the region.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Residential Property Solicitor into their Colchester office

This is a varied role which include; Business Development, Team Management with a focus on Fee Earning. You will play a pivotal role in driving the department forwards to ensure its future success, having the full support from the firm.

The department work across all areas of Residential Property and Conveyancing including;

• Buying & Selling
• Transfer of Equity
• Mortgages and Remortgages
• Tenancy agreements,
• To name a few

Due to the firm's strong foothold and reputation within the region, they have seen a significant influx in new instructions - so you will benefit from regular referred work.

However, you will also be responsible for developing your own client base of mortgage brokers and estate agents - if you have contacts to bring, you will be fully supported to transition them over and service them within this firm.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with 5 PQE +
