Employment Solicitor

Legal 500 Employment team is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing practice in Derby. This is a top ranked team and offers the successful Employment Solicitor the chance to work for some fantastic clients locally and nationally. This is a full time permanent position.

The Opportunity:

The successful Employment Solicitor will enjoy:

* Managing a varied caseload including drafting advice reports, supporting clients with processes and other documentation such as settlement agreements, assisting clients with HR processes and procedures, handling cases through tribunal proceedings, providing support on employment issues arising in transactions
* Getting involved in marketing and business development of both the department and the firm more generally
* Developing relationships with the department's key clients

The Candidate:

* You will most likely be an Employment Solicitor with over 2 years PQE
* This opportunity is available to those up to Senior Associate level
* Respondent experience is required
* Strong academic background
