The Role

The firm are looking to hire an Agricultural Property Associate or Senior Associate into their office near Peterborough

The firm are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their modern firm with a fresh outlook, this role will also involve networking and business development for your to further develop your regional presence and contacts.

Although this opportunity will be based around Agriculture areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas Commercial Property including:

• Sales, purchases and tenancy issues,
• Boundary disputes,
• Environment & Planning,
• Development diversification
• and Estate Management.

This team are regularly referred work from other areas of the firm, and you will be given full support to service your own contacts should you be able to bring this with you.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with 3 PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in PQE)
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Agriculture and Property matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development, or keen to learn this
• Salary is competitive, negotiable and based upon experience
