FAMILY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE/PARALEGAL:

Due to team growth, the firm have a requirement for a Family Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal to join their family department. The Department handles a varied caseload of matters including divorce, separation, finance, property and pension arrangements, children issues, domestic violence, TOLATA, cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Candidates will have a strong background in Private Family Law, will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a team, but also to use their own initiative. As an effective and confident communicator, you will be ambitious and results driven, have a flexible approach and be able to work under pressure, excellent time management and organisational skills, personable and professional, IT proficient, have experience in the use of case management systems preferred but not essential as training is available.
