TRUSTS LAWYER
WARE, HERTFORDSHIRE
SALARY: £30-35K
Due to continued growth, our Legal 500 ranked client is looking for an NQ to 4 PQE Private Client Lawyer to join the Ware team.
The firm maintained an exceptional regional presence, with multiple offices and a longstanding reputation build in client care and leading practice
Working in a fully supported team of 4, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 12 months exposure to Trusts and Taxes, with knowledge in this area of law being more desirable that specific PQE.
Duties include the creation, termination and administration of Will and lifetime Trusts, and experience in dealing with Tax and Trust Returns to HMRC and producing Trust Accounts would be a definite advantage, as is advising to HNW clients on effective use of Trusts to mitigate tax liabilities, under the supervision of the HOD.
The role is ideal for a Lawyer that wishes to establish themselves to specialise in this area of Law or build upon existing experience.
