Mixed Property Fee Earner

Our Client, a well-established Legal 500 listed and very busy Law firm, who provide Legal services across the West & North Yorkshire market are looking at appointing a Mixed Property Fee Earner to join their office in York.

This exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Mixed Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Experienced Fee Earner with great knowledge of the local market, to handle a varied workload of a property caseload.

The ideal candidate should hold at least 2yrs experience as a Mixed Property Fee Earner, knowledge of both Residential and Commercial Property matters is essential, including of Sales & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold, re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters from instruction to completion.

This position would suit a Mixed Property Fee Earner who is looking a forging a long-term career with an established Law firm that has been around for over 150yrs.

Salary is negotiable for the ideal candidate and home working can be available if of interest.

25 days holiday plus plenty of additional staff perks.
