Due to client demand, a growing, Legal 500 firm in Southend-on-Sea is looking to hire a NQ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor into their highly regarded property team.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor who is confident handling their own caseload of sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy to let, and transfers of ownership from initial inception to completion. Although the firm has well-built client relationships, the successful candidate must be commercially viable and enjoy business development and marketing.
