We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate / Commercial Lawyer c 8 +PQE to join a leading North West law firm listed in the legal 500
THE ROLE
This is a position for an experienced lawyer looking to work as a lead fee earner, mainly handling corporate work with an opportunity to handle more general commercial matters.
The post holder will be responsible for providing high quality advice on the following core areas;
Corporate work including M & A work, investment and shareholder agreements, restructuring/group re-organisation/non contentious insolvency work.
Commercial work will include; JV, outsourcing and procurement work, IT and software development agreements and Data Protection.
The post holder will have an opportunity to take responsibility for client management and development.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this rare opportunity offering a varied and client facing workload, candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid corporate law background with some experience of managing commercial work.
