OUR CLIENT
A legal 500 firm based in the North West seeks to recruit a Commercial Solicitor 0-3 PQE to join a well established team
THE ROLE
As a member of a growing department the role will involve assisting Partners and Senior Solicitors on a wide range of non-contentious commercial matters including;
IT & E-Commerce contracts; software development, IP matters
Data protection, franchising; outsource / consultancy / procurement agreements; joint venture and collaboration agreements;
Commercial contracts and trading agreements; standard terms of business and supply, agency and distribution agreements;
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this new role, applicants must have relevant technical skills, a solid track record with excellent client management skills.
This is a role for an individual who enjoys finding sound commercial solutions to complex legal and commercial issues
