Your New Role
The successful Solicitor will cover all aspects of commercial property transactions including:
- Freehold
- Leasehold
- Commercial leases
- Mixed-use and development land sales and acquisitions
- Landlord/tenant
- Property finance
- Security
About You
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will demonstrate:
- 4+ years of relevant PQE
- Willingness to take an active role in supervising and training the junior fee earners within the department
- The ability to support and develop client relationships
Salary
