Our client's Tax group has an opening for a 3-6 year associate with tax experience to join their national practice, which encompasses all areas of federal, state, and international tax law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises at all stages of development. Preferred candidates will have mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance experience, and will also assist clients with equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements, and both domestic and international tax planning.
US qualified attorneys need only apply. Candidates may sit in their Palo Alto, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, Austin, or New York offices.
