The Role

The firm are looking to hire Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their St. Albans Office.

The client base will depend on the individual hired; and their strengths in business development and marketing however; this is a real chance to work with interesting clients across a broad range of sectors. This firm will also support you to chase an area in which you have always been passionate about. The team are brilliant at what they do, so benefit from referrals and work of mouth.

You will work on a typical range of Corporate Commercial matters such as:

• Commercial contracts
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Terms of sale and purchase.
• And general corporate transactional work

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Solicitor or Associate with at least 3 years PQE +
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Corporate & Commercial matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
