Litigation Solicitor / Senior Associate - Surrey.

Legal 500 law firm are currently looking to recruit an additional senior solicitor into their dispute resolution department.  This team deal with excellent quality work and handle a variety of disputes, most of which are of a commercial nature.  

This firm and it's litigation department have remained consistently busy throughout the pandemic both in terms of current work and also new instructions have continued to come through.  

Although this role and firm are based in Surrey, the quality of work and client base is what you would expect at one of the larger London law firms, but it is a 'win win' situation with this role as not only do you get top quality work, you also get a work/life balance, flexibility and agile working and a genuinely friendly and supportive environment which can sometimes be lacking with the City law firms.  

This is a senior level position and therefore it is anticipated that the successful applicant will join at associate or senior associate level and will have at least 5 years PQE in managing a litigation caseload.  You are likely to have a varied litigation background ideally including experience in commercial and contractual disputes, contentious probate matters, IP disputes and property litigation.
