Senior Contentious Probate Lawyer
A well-known, national practice is looking for a talented and experienced Contentious Probate Lawyer to join their office in Cambridgeshire.
The Contentious Probate Lawyer’s responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside/liaising with the firm’s highly regarded litigation and private wealth teams who deal with HNW clients
- Building and developing business and offerings
The successful Contentious Probate Lawyer will have
- 10+ years’ PQE and significant exposure to inheritance disputes, contentious Court of Protection applications and breach of trust claims
- Exceptional expertise within contentious probate
- A demonstrated history of implementing new marketing and business development initiatives
- A strong following to bring to the firm
- Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity in problem solving and adaptability in working style
