This full service reputed law firm is very busy in their commercial property department. Residential & commercial property is their largest team and they are looking for a additional solicitor or legal executive to join them in Newton Abbot.
You will inherit a broad caseload acting for both commercial landlords and tenants. This work will include: retail projects, leisure projects and acquisitions of development sites for commercial and mixed-use, portfolio sales and acquisitions and business transfer work.
Unusually this role could suit a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive, or perhaps a more senior commercial property lawyer looking to join a friendly and supportive team. It is more about your team fit and drive to succeed. You will need relvant and recent commercial property experience from another reputed law firm.
