Private Client Solicitor
A long-established full service law firm, with a client driven approach, is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy department in Hertfordshire.
Within the role, the Private Client Solicitor will:
- Advise on trusts, ownership structures, estate planning and drafting wills
- Handle complex private client matters
- Create and terminate wills and lifetime trusts
- Carry out tax and trust returns to HMRC
The successful Private Client Solicitor will:
- Have at least 1 year PQE gained within a respected department
- Possess excellent academics and experience in dealing with a range of private client matters
- Have an understanding of personal injury and clinical negligence matters
- Be comfortable to work (under supervision) with HNW clients on the effective use of trusts to mitigate tax
- Be able to demonstrate a strong interest in progressing their expertise in this area.
