JOB TITLE: Insolvency Senior Associate/Partner Designate
PQE REQUIRED: 7+ years' PQE
LOCATION: Northamptonshire

THE ROLE:
The Northampton office of this progressive Legal 500 firm is keen to appoint an Insolvency Senior Associate/Partner Designate. This is an exciting position for an ambitious Senior Associate to become an integral part of strategic growth plans. This position will see you working alongside the leading commercial, corporate and real estate partners of this progressive and respected practice. In order to remain in line with business needs the firm are interested to appoint a senior lawyer with extensive experience of corporate recovery matters including administrations, liquidations and receiverships; asset and debt recovery; bankruptcy; directors' disqualifications proceedings; realising property interests for Trustees in Bankruptcy; restructuring and re-financing and wrongful trading and fraudulent trading.. Those individuals currently holding the role of Senior Associate/Associate interested to secure a Partnership position will be considered provided the individual can evidence a proven track-record in business development and marketing.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Insolvency Senior Associate will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player. Working as part of a larger team on heavy transactions you will be expected to develop your own portfolio of clients and will be accomplished in the area of business development and client retention. Applications are sought from individuals who have true commercial acumen and the drive to develop your career within a truly autonomous environment. The right candidate will move through the internal structure to Equity Partnership in the medium to long term. Although not a prerequisite individuals able to demonstrate, existing contacts in the Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire business community, or a following, would be of particular interest.
