Despite them having a headcount of just over 100, their International reach is growing quickly; they have a strong client base in Russia, China, and the Middle East.

You will find that they deal with a varied spread of clients, with emphasis on HNW individuals, OMB, SME's, and company Directors. The sector variety makes for an interesting role full of variety.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 3-7 years PQE to join their prestigious West End office.

The Real Estate department is ranked in the Legal 500, it is one of the largest departments in the firm. It has grown in recent years and deals with a very interesting mix of industry sectors. You will deal exclusively with top quality London work in a highly regarded team.

The caseload will include; Development, Investment, Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases and Landlord and tenant.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 - 7 years PQE
• You will have broad Commercial Property knowledge
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
