Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer to join well established, North Yorkshire practice.
The firm have been providing expert legal services throughout the country for many years, building an exceptional reputation within the industry.
Due to an influx in residential property work, the firm now seek to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to join their team, dealing with a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, re-mortgage and new build cases.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' fee earning experience and must be a self starter able to work under minimal supervision.
Salary to £35,000 plus benefits.
