Securitisation Lawyer (buy-side)

Leading financial services organisation (buy-side) requires a securitisation lawyer to join its stellar team.

You will ideally come from a leading US or UK law firm or in-house and be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders confidently and commercially in this highly business-facing role.

You will work within a wider team of lawyers in this large organisation on the buy-side but this role will be primarily dedicated to structured finance / securitisation work, working closely with another lawyer focused on this work as well.
