This is a very exciting opportunity for a construction solicitor or legal executive to join one of the premier Legal 500 firms in the South West and advise on non-contentious construction law.
This law firm wants you to gain experience and confidence and from day one you will work directly with clients to enable you to develop your practice area.
You will partner with a wide range of national and international clients in both the private and public sectors. You will advise on construction and infrastructure projects across retail, transport, waste, energy and renewables sectors. Clients will vary and include both household names and listed companies.
You should already have gained some experience in non contentious construction law involving NEC, JCT and/or IChemE contracts. You may also have gained some experience in matters involving third party funders.
This role will suit a motivated and self starting lawyer. You should be an excellent communicator, able to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, showing genuine commitment to their business needs.
