Residential Conveyancer- Aylesbury
Well established Aylesbury based, full service firm, are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Execuitve or a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy team.
This opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE
Handling a mixed and busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters
To include sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and transfer of equity
Be active in business development of the firm
Provide advice to clients, with an exceptional level of customer care and service
THE REQUIREMENTS
You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor or ILEX
Ideally with around 3 years PQE
Able to hit the ground running without supervision
Keen to play an active part in business development
Play a part in management duties as and when necessary
