Legal Counsel - Asset Finance

One of our long standing and well established clients is looking to recruit an asset finance lawyer to join their legal team of 6 lawyers. The role will report to the Senior Legal Counsel and is a broad ranging legal role which will include the negotiation and preparation of contracts, ancillary documents and amendments to facilitate all aspects of their business (with a particular focus on the purchase, leasing and maintenance of rail vehicles and depots, the provision of third party asset management services, intra-group agreements and external financing arrangements).

Ideally you will have trained and qualified with a leading law firm and have experience in asset finance and / or a general commercial background.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading in-house legal team with exposure to a broad range of asset finance / commercial legal work.
