Housing Disrepair Fee Earner
Opportunity for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee Earner to join an expanding department for this North West based practice. This is a niche practice that has a focus on dealing with Litigation and have increased their workloads throughout the business despite the current climate.
Ideally you will have 1 years' experience within housing disrepair and have experience of running files from inception to conclusion, including dealing with cases featuring potential health issues and personal injury. You will also be assisting a Partner with the expansion of the department, so the previous experience of being able to generate new business and help with management of staff will also be advantageous. This is a fantastic chance to place yourself in a fantastic position as the department starts to expand and grow. The ongoing success of this firm means you will have the chance to have a real input into the shape of this department.
Salary for this role will be based on PQE level however you will be looking at a salary of circa £28,000 - £40,000 plus an added bonus scheme.
Location is ideal for any mode of transport as you will be within 5 minute walking distance of the local train station as well as being situated close to the motorway and having on-site parking available.
