Our client is a leading and long established US firm in London. Due to expansion it seeks to recruit a Private Equity associate.
This is an opportunity to join one of the leading PE teams in the City, a team that advises a diverse client base and has been involved in some of the largest corporate deals in recent years.
Applications are sought from private equity lawyers with between one and four years' PQE gained at a highly regarded City firm (US or Magic Circle ideally).
This opportunity will offer a highly competitive remuneration package.
