Chambers listed Legal 500 firm based in Newbury has an established a Residential Property team that is growing from strength to strength.
Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join a team of four other qualified fee earners which is Partner-lead.
The department deal with a wide variety of property work from sales and purchases to the granting of residential leases, transfers of equity and co-ownership and shared ownership.
They are also able to guide clients with the complexities of equity release, overage schemes and lease extensions.
The clients can include many high value property transactions in London and the Home Counties, in addition to first time buyers entering into the property market.
The ideal candidate should be able to run their own Residential Property Conveyancing case load to include:
Marketing and business development would be an advantage but is not essential as there is a current caseload in place.
