The Role
- Advising an international client base of banks, financial institutions and onshore law firms on the Jersey law aspects of major cross-border transactions.
- Involvement in a broad range of finance work spanning leveraged finance, acquisition finance, fund finance and real estate finance.
- Contributing to the firm’s business development strategy as it seeks to realise an ambitious growth plan.
- Outstanding career progression opportunities for the successful applicant.
Requirements
- Associate level roles likely to suit someone with up to 7 years’ pqe, including experience of advising on complex and high-value matters.
- Experience in a Magic/Silver Circle or equivalent firm, or with a leading offshore firm.
- Serious commitment to building your career offshore, at least for the medium term.
