This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join a well known leading law firm based in central Leeds. The role will be to work on high value complex residential property cases.

The client is an established legal firm that is rated by the legal directories. They have offices in central Leeds and will offer a competitive salary and benefits package. They have a great client base which includes landowners, developers and many of the clients are London based.
Description
As the Property Solicitor you work as part of a small but dedicated Property team. You will have responsibility for your own caseload which will include sales and purchase freehold and leasehold matters. There might be some plot sales work and the transactions will be typically high value and some London property sales and purchases.
Profile
You will be a Property Solicitor or Conveyancer who is confident at running your own caseload. You will have ties to Leeds and come from a traditional and non volume environment. You will have experience of handling high value transactions.
