The Role

This role will be based in their flourishing and very impressive North London office. They have grown substantially in recent years, making now is an exciting time to join.

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property / Secured Lending Solicitor for their West End of London office.

The secured lending department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a wide range of lenders and other financial institutions, acting for borrowers and lenders. You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property / Secured Lending Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• The Partner is currently very busy. On offer is a springboard for progression.
• You will deal with high-quality work, working alongside a highly regarded Partner
• This team are taking more market share making now an exciting time to join
