Rebecca Barry, a member of eNL's specialist London & South East Private Practice team, is currently recruiting for a Residential Property/New Build Fee-earner - Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced fee-earner to join an impressive Surrey firm.

THE ROLE:
This impressive firm offers an established position within the regional market. Currently looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property/New Build Fee-earner into their expanding department. The team handles a breadth of work covering all issues in relation to Residential Development matters including sales, purchases, shared ownership and new build transactions. The successful Residential Property Fee-earner - Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer will be have solid experience gained with a similar private practice law firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property/New Build fee-aerner will have c2+ years' PQE gained whilst working for a similar, Legal 500 rated practice. This position requires an individual who is approachable, confident and enthusiastic to join a progressive firm. Ideally, you will be experienced in dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure. Your enthusiasm to be part of a friendly, secure and forward-thinking firm will be a given.
