I am currently recruiting a large regional legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recognized firm.
They are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a team in the East Midlands region.
This role will involve managing a varied caseload of litigation and non-litigated Employment Rights cases, you will have the opportunity to manage employment advice and representation matters, such as unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreement claims, as well as a proportion of complicated matters.
Ideally looking for candidates with 1+ Year PQE experience in conducting and managing employment rights cases.
The Role includes:
• Assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of employment tribunal claims that come through the Employment advice line.
• Providing excellent prioritization and time management skills.
