Our client, a top-tier city law firm, are seeking a senior paralegal or junior solicitor/ barrister (2/3/4 years PQE) to assist senior counsel in supporting the Treasury Markets, principally derivatives on a 12+ month contract. (Due to COVID-19 restrictions the role will initially be home based.)
The role will involve:
- Support on wider Treasury & Disclosure matters working with the wider team,
- Supporting the structuring and running of the Master Agreement (ISDA/ GMRA) function within the bank
- Assisting with general ad hoc queries as they arise from the business
Applicants will have experience of negotiating ISDA and GMRA documentation, ideally within an in-house legal team at a financial institution
Debt capital markets experience would be helpful for wider Treasury and Disclosure work, though not essential.
