Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer Job - Bristol

Your new role
Our client is a leading regional law firm who are currently recruiting a full time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join them. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to be an integral part of a supportive Conveyancing department and to join a growing team in Bristol.

You will manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion including leasehold and freehold properties, sale and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and will be experienced in managing a caseload of mixed residential files, including leaseholds and freeholds and sales and purchases. You will have excellent client care skills and will ideally enjoy business development/help to successfully market the firm.
