OUR CLIENT
This is an opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer c 4-7 PQE to join the Bristol office of a leading Legal 500 law firm.
THE ROLE
The post-holder will be expected to manage a varied workload advising international public and private sector clients, on high profile and ground-breaking projects.
As a key member of the department you will be expected to work on complex multi-party projects for industry sectors that are heavily regulated ranging from sport and retail sectors to financial services and the defence industry
The core workload will include advising on and drafting ;
Commercial joint ventures, collaboration and partnering arrangements.
Supply arrangements.
Sale and purchase terms and conditions.
Distribution and agency, consumer contracts, services agreements.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate; first class technical and commercial skills an impeccable academic record.
