Childcare Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Northamptonshire, Circa £35,000 - 45,000 DOE – A reputable regional law firm is looking to appoint a Childcare Solicitor into their Northamptonshire office.

This established practice is keen to appoint a well-rounded Childcare Solicitor into their national team. The successful Childcare Solicitor will have experience of handling their own varied caseload of childcare related matters. You will have proven technical expertise in dealing with special guardianship orders, adoption, private children law matters, care and interim orders as well as emergency protection orders. Ideal Childcare Solicitors will have at least 3 years PQE and be confident in managing their own caseload of files. You must have strong advocacy experience and ideally be Children Panel accredited however this is not essential. The successful Childcare Solicitor will be a good team player, focused on providing exceptional service and advice to clients. Confident in advising on all areas of child care law, you will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships, providing a first class service to clients. You must be self-driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively.
