Hospitality Assistant/Receptionist at Boutique Litigation Law firm, up to £28,000

Our Prestigious boutique Litigation law firm is currently looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join their General Office team on a permanent basis to carry out a mix of Hospitality and Reception duties.  They’re looking for candidates who are dynamic and can take on a diverse amount of responsibility including in the Reception, Hospitality, Administration and General Office teams. The main focus of the role is to provide an excellent hospitality service to the firm and cover the reception desk and switchboard as required which will include lunch breaks and during absence/holiday. The core responsibilities for this role are ensuring that all meeting rooms are set up and catered for on time, liaising with reception for daily requirements and priorities, clearing meeting rooms quickly and efficiently, ensuring all kitchens and meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy, well-equipped and organised, purchasing sandwich lunches for meetings, catering appropriately for number of guests, delivering fruit to kitchens, overseeing fridges to maintain levels of hygiene, ordering office stationery and equipment in consultation with the General Office team and OSM, overseeing the drinks machines regularly to ensure they are stocked and operating correctly and reporting any faults to the team leader. Candidates should have experience of Hospitality/Customer Services and candidates with experience of working in a busy reception environment within a Professional Services environment are desirable.  Candidates must be well presented, organised and have a passion for delivering a 5 star service.  Standard hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm and 9.00am – 6.00pm.
