THE ROLE
· You will be responsible for managing and progressing a full caseload of residential property files
· Work will include freehold/leasehold sales and purchase to include new build and shared ownership matters
REQUIREMENTS
· Applications welcome from paralegals, licensed conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with a proven background as a conveyancer
· A minimum of 2 years experience of handling your own caseload is essential
