Due to expansion a Residential Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancing Paralegal running a supervised caseload is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a fast growing Leeds based law firm with an enviable working culture. Salary to £28,000 with excellent benefits and full training and development programme.

The successful Residential Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Utilising a case management system day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Residential Conveyancers will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also have the opportunity to seek opinion from more experienced team members.

The successful candidate will be a team player with good communication skills, possessing at least 18 months' experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment.
