THE ROLE: A Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer is sought by this Legal 500 firm. This role requires a candidate with stellar residential property experience including extensive experience dealing high net worth clients and high value property transactions. Joining this respected team where residential property presents a major contribution to the firm's business, you will be handling a busy and complex workload from day one. It is expected that you will be able to pick up the reigns quickly and apply your competent technical expertise with personable approach to the client. The workload consists of a broad range of high quality residential matters gained from existing clients however you should be interested to get involved with new business development.

THE CANDIDATE: Well educated, with an applicable background in residential property, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer will have the capability to manage their own caseload of residential property files, to include but not restricted to:- right to buy; sales; purchases; equity releases and; re-mortgages. The ideal Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer will have a minimum of 3 years PQE handling files from initial instruction through to completion.
