A Legal 500 Firm is looking for a Residential Property Paralegal with more than 12 months’ experience to join its busy team for a full-time, permanent role. The firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and several offices across London, Surrey and Hampshire.

Your New Role

Based in a Surrey office, the Residential Property Paralegal will assist the team with broad and varied caseloads of conveyancing transactions from opening to post-completion.

Having expanded the business in recent years, several new offices have opened across the area. This is an excellent place for someone who is near the start of their legal career.

About You

The firm is looking for a Residential Property Paralegal who demonstrates:

• At least 12 months’ experience of working within a Residential Property department.
• Experience of the full life cycle of conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties together with post-completion experience.

Salary & Benefits

On offer for the Paralegal will be £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Training is important to the firm and you will have the chance to continuously develop your expertise. This role is commutable from Redhill, Sevenoaks, Croydon and Edenbridge. The firm has an excellent staff retention rate and people genuinely enjoy working here.
