An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor to join one a leading Commercial firm in Essex. The firm are renowned as a practice that deals with quality rather than quantity and can boast numerous blue riband clients in the region.
The Role
You will be joining a department which deals with a variety of Commercial Property. In the last two years the department has dealt with the following:
- Sale of development land for £75million
- Refinance on behalf of a charity for £22 million
- Acting for various landowner consortiums across the region relating to proposed new garden villages
- Providing strategic advice to a landowner in sale worth over £25 million
Candidate Requirements
- They are seeking a newly or recently qualified Commercial Property Lawyer.
- Work at a London or regional practice
- Experience in a decent range of Commercial Property transactions
