This is a new and exciting role for a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading commercial legal firm in their Leeds office. You will join an established Corporate team and work on high profile deals across the region and nationally.

Description
The successful Corporate Solicitor will work closely with the existing team and get involved in a variety of Corporate M & A and Corporate finance work. This will include working with private equity houses in the region. You will be supported by the Partners and senior lawyers.
Profile
You will be a Corporate Solicitor who has ties to the Leeds area. You will have strong academics and it is likely that you will already be working for a regional or national law firm.
