Commercial Property Solicitor, Derbyshire, 3+ PQE - This is an established practice offering excellent career progression opportunities and a competitive salary, £35,000 to £45,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits.
The appointed solicitor will have experience of all aspects of commercial property law, ideally have some knowledge of the local market and confident in your ability to handle a busy caseload. Experience working within residential property would be highly advantageous, but not a prerequisite. The role will see you advising on sale and purchase of business premises, acquiring, assigning and renewing business leases on behalf of clients, negotiating licence agreements for businesses, rent reviews and break clauses in commercial leases, advising on planning laws and related commercial property development issues and representing clients in possession proceedings.
